YOUTH CAMP 2023

By submitting this form, I mandatorily register for the Youth Camp 2023.

The participation fee is as follows:  

€ 180 per person

For this year's youth camp it will be necessary to pay a deposit of 50€ for the registration. So that we can determine a precise number of people and avoid last-minute cancellations and unnecessary costs.​ Of course there is always the possibility to pay the amount as a whole.

The participation fee covers accommodation and boarding (full board) from the 31 July until 04 August 2023.
I have to pay in due time! 
With my inscription for Youth Camp, I agree to the following  rules:
. The instructions of the leaders and helpers must be followed at all times
. The premises cannot be left without prior approval and a second person
. A helper must be informed, before you may leave the youth group. 
. Slippers should be worn inside the rooms and inside the houses.
. Your rooms must always be kept clean and noise levels must be kept down at night
. You can create your free time as you like, but stay together as a group.
. Boys must not enter into the girl’s dorms, just as girls cannot enter the boys dorms. 
. Couples stay in company. If found alone they will be sent home immediately at their own expense.
. Be attentive. You will be fully held accountable for damages made to others property.
. The GSNYD will not be held accountable for the loss of personal items
. Phones, Pads & Cameras etc. are to be brought at your own cost. 
. Smoking, alcohol & drugs are prohibited. (only prescribed medication)
. appropriate clothing; please ask your youth leader / pastor if you are not sure. 
. Please be considerate of your mates. Take care of your body hygiene. 

Important to bring along: 
. Passport / Identity Card
. eCard / Copy of Health Insurance
. Slippers
. bed linen (pillow, blanket, mattress)
